Once we have signed contracts these Policies and Procedures are supplied to the new families in a comprehensive handbook for parents to keep and refer to.
It is a statutory requirement of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)that I must keep Daily Register.
It will provide evidence of which children are minded and when ,in case of a query by Ofsted.
It will also give information needed if there was an emergency, such as fire and ensure I am within my numbers if there was a query from my insurance company.
I keep full and confidential written records as required of me by Ofsted.
